SaaS & AI Intelligence Agent
Keeps me current on what the market is actually shipping.
Give it a cohort — legacy enterprise SaaS, AI-native, whatever set of companies I'm tracking — and it runs a release audit: scans what they've shipped, then reads it through a product/UX lens to say what it actually signals, not just that it happened.

QUICK FACTS
Role — Solo. Design, build, ship.
Stack — Claude Code agent, a company-cohort config file, a release-audit skill
Status — Internal tool. In active use.
Focus — Signal over noise: what a release means, not just that it shipped.
THE SHIFT
Before it feels like: fifteen tabs of changelogs and no time to read any of them, so you skim headlines and miss the pattern.
After: one audit across a whole cohort — what shipped, what it signals about where they're headed, and whether it actually matters to you.
How it works
Choose a company or a cohort — pick one company to go deep on, or a set to scan together.
Run an audit or an update — a full 6-month release analysis, or a quick check on what's shipped since the last one.
The agent scans and writes the report — what they do, their positioning, and any shift in it, plus the key AI releases and a verdict on how the features are landing.
Get the executive summary — the headline read, plus the specific PM/UX signals worth noting.
Why I built it
I wanted to stay current on the market without burning hours doing it manually — and I wanted it filtered through my own lens, not generic tech news. A Google Alert tells you something happened. This tells you why it matters.
What’s next
Right now it runs on demand, per cohort.
Next is scheduling it to run weekly on its own, and adding deeper skills — company-specific strategy deep-dives, and a launch monitor that flags new entrants worth watching.
