I define product direction, validate it before engineering investment, and stay hands-on through release until customers actually use it.

My focus is enterprise SaaS — workflow-heavy, AI-enabled, high-stakes decisions. I work across product, design, and research, not as separate phases, but as tools to make better decisions and get working software into users' hands.

Right now I'm building AI tools and writing about what happens when they meet real users — what breaks, what holds up, and where human judgment still needs to stay in the loop.
