Scaling conversions by promoting the product brochure

Smartbox is the creator of the gift box concept. They sell experiential gifts such as wine tasting, car racing or a nights stay in a luxury hotel. The french company operates in 10 countries with 7 well-known brands, headquartered in Dublin.

We noticed that people interacting with a specific feature had a higher conversion rate. I was tasked with increasing the amount of people who interact with that feature, this increasing the amount of conversions.


THE PROJECT RESULTS

Drawing more attention to the feature actually resulted in 23% less people interacting with it. And, interestingly, those that did interact with the updated feature, were 27% less likely to convert that those that had interacted with the original feature
