Increasing user registrations for the CleverCard app

I was tasked with increasing conversions from login page to registered users for CleverCards iPhone and android app. A secondary objective was to improve the split of registrations, increasing the cohort of registered Facebook users.

Cleverbug is the company behind CleverCards: A greeting card app that allows customers to create and send printed, personalized cards from your mobile device. 50% of people who downloaded the CleverCards iPhone app never proceed past the first screen, a screen asking people to register via Facebook or email to proceed.


THE PROJECT RESULTS

20% point increase of registrations in android, increased split of 80/20 to Facebook / email users.

10% point increase of registration on iPhone, increased split form 51/49 split between Facebook /  email users to  58/42 between Facebook /  email users.
